When a client connects, they appear in your portal in an inactive state. You can view their profile overview at any time, but activating them is what unlocks full coaching: history tracking, workout assignment, nutrition targets, and goal setting. Activation can be done with an onboarding profile already attached, or you can assign a profile to a client who is already active. When you deactivate a client, their app keeps working and they still have access to their assigned workouts and nutrition plans, but you step back from actively managing them. Reactivating is instant, and if the client has continued using the app in the meantime, you get full visibility of everything they have logged, giving you a clear picture of how they have been training before you step back in.
